Addy Khan is a director and cinematographer who makes visually striking films and commercials.
His cinematic style and flair for storytelling have taken him across the globe from Los Angeles to London to Dubai. His mentors have included top Hollywood executives such as Christina Sibul (SIDEWAYS), as well as members of the American Society of Cinematographers (ASC). A strong interest in narrative and aesthetics has continued to define his sensibilities as an image maker.
Addy’s work has been recognized by many international festivals including the Oxford, Ann Arbor and Athens International Film Festival. He has been invited for residencies by the renowned Reykjavík International Film Festival and Art Dubai. His writings on visual art have been noted by world-class filmmakers such as Mark Romanek.
Addy graduated from Columbia College with a BFA in Cinema. His thesis film was nominated for a Student Oscar. After a formative period of life in Los Angeles, he is now based in Dubai.
